In order to provide a quality medical clinic experience in terms of service and patient relations the Front Desk Receptionist will greet all people entering an MCPN facility with superior customer service. The selected candidate will interact with patients in a positive and helpful manner, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality with each encounter. They will maintain charts, files, and logs necessary for patient reception and will also collect patient front-end payments and document on encounter form and daily cash log. This candidate will also assist in medical records duties as needed, updating payor codes and directing patients to Financial Intake as well. This person is the liaison between the patient and the billing department as well, looking to resolve any and all issues for the patient.

Education or Formal Training: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Prior experience in a medical setting preferred.
