ICWG is a private equity owned enterprise which is undertaking an exciting expansion program, building and acquiring car wash businesses in its existing markets and new markets around the world.

Summary: Prepares financial analysis and completes special projects as assigned for a growing organization with multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of financial analyses, including:

  • Weekly results analysis

  • Trending analysis

  • Productivity analysis

  • Revenue cycle analysis

  • EBIDTA Analysis

  • Preparation of monthly management analysis package

  • Budget variance analysis

  • Budget models

  • Cashflow analysis

  • Ad hoc projects

  • Financial reports including graphic presentations

  • Maintaining multi-site statistical database

Supporting Business decision making for operations with ad hoc reports for multi-unit business, including:

  • Gathering and analyzing pre-acquisition historical information and preparing detailed pro-forma reports

  • Analyzing price mix

  • Analyzing marketing programs

  • Benchmarking

  • Budgeting

  • Forecasting

  • Cashflow management

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Professional, reliable and diligent.

  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and to effectively handle multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or similar field of study.

  • Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to identify issues, problems, and solutions in a multi-unit organization.

  • Proficient in spreadsheet modeling

  • Skill in gathering and reporting information.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar analyst role

  • Accounting experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Action-oriented

  • Able to deal with ambiguity

  • Problem solving abilities
