This position provides Concierge and Receptionist duties to residential high-rise building, including information to resident/visitor inquiries and coordinating all resident's requests for services or special arrangements, courteously and efficiently. Attends to all 3rd party and vendors needs while on property. Outstanding phone and customer service skills required; ability to maintain strict confidentiality and able to effectively multi-task in an environment of competing priorities with poise and gracious hospitality.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Maintain complete knowledge of all property features/services, hours of operations, residential lists, and must be familiar with names and unit locations.
Greet residents and guests upon entrance as well as manage and maintain sign in logs for all guests and contractors.
Upon receipt of any packages (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL), log and notify resident via telephone or email for package pick up or delivery.
Fields and responds to resident requests/inquiries and assists in addressing resident concerns.
Performs clerical/administrative functions and write incident reports.
Camera monitoring (Report incidents to Security or Management Office).
Responsible for key lock boxes, placing orders for keys, swipes, fobs, and new cores for residents and maintain programming fobs, swipes, and transponders.
Notify management of pertinent information based on urgency. Contact appropriate parties regarding building emergencies (generally fire, flood, or blood).
