Downtown Denver Law Firm is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with excellent contract management knowledge and skills. The Contract Administrator will work with a small team of contract professionals to manage all aspects of contracts. This position is responsible for creating, revising and reviewing agreements. Will be responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions of all major contracts with customers, red flag any possible potential issues and work closely with legal team to facilitate changes as appropriate. We are looking for a new team member with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Our ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional grammar skills.
