Job Description SummaryAs a member of the Participant Communications team, this role is responsible for assisting the Communication Manager and Communication Consultants in executing ad hoc assignments and ongoing projects that support the development of Participant Communications strategies. Interact with cross-functional teams and business partners to facilitate completion of assignments.Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing marketing materials, such as emails, brochures, flyers, custom campaigns, custom web portal updates, letters, presentations, and webinars.

  • Assist with internal projects related to team processes, procedures, operational tasks, and analysis.

  • Contribute to the execution of recurring tasks, such as team calendar updates, client assignment lists, team presentations, and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or liberal arts field, or equivalent education/experience.

  • Two years of communications or marketing support experience.

  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience

  • Experience in the retirement/financial services industry

  • Ability to execute on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
