The Systems Integrator (SI) is relied upon to be an expert with in-depth technical knowledge of the CTS products and the tools used to deploy and support them. The SI is responsible for integrating, testing, troubleshooting, and training our customers in support of their usage of our dynamic advanced advertising products and linear rights metadata management solution. You will be a valuable member of the team ensuring the that the CTS solutions exceed our customer's expectations and successfully integrate with our customer's other vendors in a multi-vendor environment. The Systems Integrator is a hands-on role working directly with our customer's development labs and QA environments. You will be engaged with the customer to develop and refine delivery architectures, customer acceptance plans for both our products and solutions, as well as test, verify, and debug the end-to-end solution in a multi-vendor ecosystem. The Systems Integrator must possess strong technical skills and enjoy collaborating with a small team in a startup like environment. An ideal candidate relishes working on a high visibility projects in a rapid paced environment and appreciates a new challenge every day. CTS is looking for candidates located in the Denver area and the position reports to the Director of Product.

_Responsibilities & Duties_

· Verify and troubleshoot integration and end-to-end system issues in the customer's integration lab and test environments

· Support multi-vendor interface integrations including defining use cases, documenting example message patterns, and debugging interface issues

· Author, review, and execute acceptance test plans in both the customer environment and This Technology's test cloud

· Define, implement, document and support custom installation and technical operations tools and scripts

· Train client staff on product usage

_Minimum Requirements_

Education

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Technical Skills and Prior Experience

· Demonstrated experience integrating and testing products into customer environment

· Experience authoring, editing and reviewing customer acceptance plans, deployment plans, and test execution reports

· A strong track record of excellent customer relationship skills including communication, accountability, and the ability to understand customer needs

· Experience supporting web-based applications

· Strong networking, diagnostic, analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

· Scripting language proficiency such as Bash, Perl, or Python

· Experience with Java application servers (Apache Tomcat and Jetty), and ideally document databases such as MongoDB, and relational databases such as MySQL

· Experience working with XML and web service test tools such as soapUI and JMeter

· Ability to work well under pressure on multiple projects in a fast paced environment, set priorities and meet deadlines

· Experience working with MPEG-2 Transport and Adaptive Bitrate (ABR) solutions

· Understand cable service provider advanced advertising ecosystems and ideally the SCTE 130, SCTE 35, SCTE 224 standards

· Experience working with software repositories and familiarity with the software build process

· Experience working with software deployment technologies such as Ansible and Kubernetes

· Experience with managing cloud-based hosting solutions such as AWS and Azure

Travel Requirements

· Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
