Robert Half Office Team Triage LPN in Golden, Colorado
Robert Half Healthcare practice has partnered with an organization in West Denver who is looking for multiple LPN/RNs for phone triage. This is a position for a Licensed RN or LPN who no longer wishes to work in a clinical aspect. As a Clinical Coordinator - Triage LPN , you will:
Answer incoming triage phone calls
Add urgent visits to providers schedules
Track PT/INR results for patients on warfarin and sending out new orders
Screen lab results and sending them out to providers
Order labs and diagnostic imaging as requested by providers
Process medication refills
Refer patients to specialists/for procedures
Address order requests from Assisted Living communities
Respond to injury reports and change of condition reports from ALFs
